The new 1200RS and 1200LRS series of inductors from Murata Power Solutions provide power line filtering in low to medium current applications such as switch power supply circuits. With an integrated ferrite shield, these devices are particularly useful in applications with increased susceptibility to EMI. The through-hole, radial-leaded devices have compact overall dimensions of 10.5 mm diameter x 8.5 mm that allow their inclusion in applications in which PCB space is at a premium. The 1200LRS series is available with inductance values ranging from 6.8 µH to 22 mH and DC current ratings up to 4.7 A IDC. The 1200RS series offers higher current versions with the same footprint. Inductance values extend from 10 µH to 1 mH and maximum current ratings to 4.6 A IDC. All parts have a low DC resistance to maximize efficiency. These new devices use UL 94V-0 approved materials, are fully RoHS compliant, and are backward-compatible with Sn/Pb soldering systems.Look for more product details on the Murata Power Solutions website.
