AMETEK-CTS has announced the expansion of its global service and support organization to better serve a growing customer base.
In addition to the appointment of Jens Ograbek, Service Director to the Global Service Team, the company has added new Regional Service Managers and new Field Application Engineering resources to help with pre and post-sales support. Capacity has been increased to support in-country repairs and calibrations, and the new organization will be offering full, on-site calibrations. To support the expansion, AMETEK-CTS has implemented a new service management system that optimizes the service and support process and enhances customer communications.
The continued investment in the global service and support organization underlines the company’s commitment to support its in-warranty and out-of-warranty products globally and locally.
