The new satellite FASTSAT-HSV01, which will soon be exploring the outer layers of Earth’s atmosphere, is undergoing testing. The satellite has gone through vibration, thermal, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) tests and “everything looks great,” said Michael Collier, principal investigator for the Miniature Imager for Neutral Ionospheric Atoms and Magnetospheric Electrons (MINI-ME) instrument at NASA Goddard.
