National Technical Systems, Inc. (NTS) has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Elliott Laboratories, a San Francisco Bay area provider of EMC, product safety, and wireless regulatory testing. The addition of Elliott to the NTS organization creates one of the largest independent providers of EMC design, test, and evaluation services in North America, and NTS now boasts eight EMC facilities coast-to- coast.
