A new line of single phase EMI COTS filters from LCR Electronics operates over an extended temperature range of -40 degrees C to +85 degrees C. The new RoHS-compliant Single Stage F9100 filters and Double Stage F9200 filters are well suited to high ambient environments or in applications with limited temperature rise requirements such as those found in the military, industrial, and medical sectors. The new 115/250 VAC 50/60 Hz filters are available with rated current from 5 A to 35 A, in both general purpose and low leakage/current versions. High potential voltage for both series is 1450 VDC line-to-line and 2250 VDC line-to ground.Depending on the filter current rating, insertion loss for the F9100 measures (in a 50-ohm system for frequencies starting at 50 kHz) up to 30 MHz ranges from 5 dB to 35 dB in differential mode. Insertion loss for the F9200 ranges from 5 dB to 80 dB in common mode and 10 dB in differential mode under the same conditions.View the original press release online.
