The VPTi10-28 Series EMI filter and transient suppression device combines two modules in one mini-package that reduces the reflected noise of DC-DC converters while simultaneously protecting power systems from inrush current damage. The VPTi10-28 is particularly well suited to distributed power systems in avionics and military applications. Other product features include up to 10 amps of output current, up to 200 W of output power, transient operation up to 80 V per MIL-STD-704 and 100 V per MIL-STD-1275. The device provides inrush current limiting, true reverse polarity protection, and full operation over the -55-degree to +100-degree C temperature range and a rugged six-sided metal enclosure. The VPTi10-28 meets the conducted susceptibility requirements of MIL-STD-461C, CS01 and CS02 and MIL-STD-461D/E when used with any of VPT’s Series of DC-DC converters.Find more information on the VPT, Inc. website.
