California Micro Devices has showcased its broad range of protection solutions, including devices for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and electromagnetic interference (EMI) filtering at the Embebbed Systems Conference held September 22-23 in Boston. The Praetorian III EMI Filters, for example, integrate spiral inductors with capacitors and ESD protection diodes in a single chip design, making it ideal for high speed interfaces in mobile handset applications and other portable electronics.
