Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. recently announced that Vista, Calif.-based Avalon Equipment Corporation is now offering a Thermo Scientific Level 5 ECAT Lightning Test System (LTS) for rent in the United States and Canada. The modular system meets the requirements of DO-160F, Section 22: Lightning Induced Transient Susceptibility (as well as related select sections of Boeing and Airbus specifications).
