Forfeiture for Rule 15 Violation

 

In a week that’s brought an unusual amount of news from the FCC, the agency announced a heavily annotated NOTICE OF APPARENT LIBILITY FOR FORFEITURE.  A forfeiture of $5,600 was levied against Iftron Technologies, Inc. of Longmont, CO for marketing the Stinger Pro audio/video transmitter.
