The 5193 multi-octave broadband amplifier by OPHIR RF is a 50-watt system that covers the 2-6 GHz frequency range. This 5.25-inch compact and lightweight amplifier utilizes Gallium Nitride (GaN) RF power transistors that provide a 3^rd order intercept point, high gain and wide dynamic range.
