NEPCON World Japan concluded on January 30, 2009 in Tokyo, Japan. The largest and premier electronics manufacturing exhibition in Asia, NEPCON World Japan is actually seven expositions taking place concurrently—Internepcon Japan, the International Electronics Components Trade Show, the Printed Wire Boards Expo, Laser and Optics 2009, Electrotest Japan, IC Packaging Technology Expo, and the International Electronics Technology Expo (CAR-ELE Japan). CAR-ELE Japan debuted just this year and drew crowds of attendees as the world’s automobile industry faces daunting challenges and looks to cutting-edge innovations. This year, 1,128 exhibitors in the seven co-located expos drew 60,271 attendees (a nine percent increase over 2008 attendance). Response from both the press and visitors was overwhelmingly positive. In fact, several major electronics firms have already made arrangements to be present at NEPCON World Japan 2010.Learn more at the Expos’ online site.
