dB Control, a manufacturer of high-power microwave amplifiers, radar transmitters and power supplies, recently joined the Electronic Technologies Group of HEICO Corporation. dB Control’s CEO, executive management staff and current workforce will remain in their positions. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Last month, the company received a $13.2 million five-year contract for TWT amplifiers from the U.S. Navy. HEICO Corporation is engaged primarily in niche segments of the aviation, defense, space and electronics industries through its Hollywood, Fla.-based HEICO Aerospace Holdings Corp. subsidiary and its Miami, Fla.-based HEICO Electronic Technologies Corp. subsidiary.Learn more from db Control.
