India’s Chennai Metro Rail plans to install a shield over its overhead electricity cable to prevent interference with a nearby airport’s radar signals. The induction shield will prevent the overhead cables from infringing into other electromagnetic fields near the airport, a representative of the Chennai Metro Rail says.Read more in The Times of India.
