Zipped Shielding Jacket Facilitates Easy Installation

ShieldZip™ from Alco Technologies is a flexible, economical EMI/EMP shielding jacket for easy installation. It routs around corners and can be used for the retrofitting of cable bundles or harness installations. ShieldZip combines the shielding effectiveness of multi-layered knit wire mesh, a heavy duty brass zipper, and a protective durable jacket. The heavy duty brass zipper is permanently crimped to a mesh cord and attached to a mesh jacket that creates a continuous positive closure. Vinyl jackets are optional. ShieldZip is available in diameters ranging from one inch to six inches and in up to fifty-foot continuous lengths. Finished ends are terminated and supplied ready for installation.
