XGR Technologies, a Delaware based company, has acquired all assets related to the SnapShot® board level, EMI shielding business from W.L. Gore & Associates. The acquisition includes intellectual property, patents, manufacturing equipment, and commercial assets.
SnapShot® EMI shields were launched by Gore in 2002. They have an eighteen-year track record of proven success in a wide variety of applications, including military radios, drones, avionics, industrial handheld scanners, GPS devices, medical imaging equipment, and network computing.

Additionally, the unique attachment technology is incredibly durable and rugged and enables installation on the PCB after the reflow process, which allows unobstructed optical inspection and rework.
