Have you ever attended a Workshop or Tutorial (W/T), and, when you arrived, found that all of the printed copies of the presentations for that session had been taken? Of course you have them all on the Symposium CD, but having printed sets to take notes on during the presentations can be invaluable. This year in Austin we have an idea that will provide everyone with a copy of the presentations for four sessions of their choosing. At EMC 2009, each attendee will receive four Workshop/Tutorial (W/T) tickets in their registration envelope. There are 22 planned, half-day, W/T sessions (see below): six sessions are scheduled for Monday AM (Group 1), six sessions are scheduled for Monday PM (Group 2), five sessions are scheduled for Friday AM (Group 3), and five sessions are scheduled for Friday PM (Group 4). Each ticket can be used to obtain one set of W/T presentation materials per Group. These presentation materials will be located in the Registration area.
