A showroom set in China caught on fire when a salesman tried to use a mobile charger to restart a dead car battery in a Cadillac Escalade before an exhibition. This occurred in an exhibition hall in Wuhan City, China.
The Escalade quickly was engulfed in flames and the fire quickly escalated to a second car that had a leaking fuel pipe, causing the fire to spread even further. However, manufacturers of the cars had a different idea as to why the vehicles caught fire. They stated that the fire must have started from rats biting holes in cables, denying there was anything wrong with the vehicles.
Dozens of fire trucks arrived at the scene and firefighters were able to safely stop the blazing fire.
