The newly expanded TLJ Series of capacitors from AVX Corporation includes a tantalum capacitor that offers higher capacitance versus voltage ratio bases on stable MnO2 electrodes. The TLJ Series capacitor offers a 33-°F capacitance at 10 V on a 1206 footprint with a height below 1 mm. These devices are manufactured from tantalum for high reliability and clear filtering. They are well suited to use for power circuits of 4.5- to 5.5-V battery operated, handheld equipment such as mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 players, and digital cameras. The TLJ Series complies with RoHS requirements and is ready for lead-free assembly systems with up to 3x reflow with 260 degree C. peak temperature. Find more product information on the AVX website.
