Stork Materials Acquires a Controlling Interest in Garwood Laboratories

California-based Garwood Laboratories has announced Stork Materials Technology B. V. has acquired a controlling interest in Garwood with an option to purchase all remaining shares in the future. With facilities in Pico Rivera and San Clemente, Garwood is a well known provider of EMI/EMC, product safety, climactic, and dynamic testing. Stork Materials Technology B.V. is a network of independent testing laboratories operating throughout the United States and Europe with world headquarters in the Netherlands.
