Hi-frequency EDA software developer AWR Corporation has partnered with Zuken, a creator of electrical and electronic engineering software, to release AWR Connected for Zuken to act as a link between Zuken’s CR-8000 Design Force PCB design software and AWR’s Microwave Office high-frequency simulation software.
According to AWR, the new interface “enables an intelligent, collaborative design flow for RF design and verification on the PCB.” Users are given the ability to select either the entire design or specific RF signals and other design structures for electromagnetic analysis.
