Atmel Corporation recently announced its new AT42QT101X family of single-key touch controllers for the portable device market. The AT42QT101X family uses spread spectrum modulation to ensure electromagnetic compatibility, the company says. Touch controllers offer fast response time, low current consumption, and low noise. The ICs automatically calibrate when powered up and they stay calibrated, even with moisture build-up or other contaminants on the touch surface.Learn more from Atmel.
