Chomerics Europe’s new electrically conductive acrylic coatings are designed for application onto plastic housings to provide EMI / RFI shielding.CHO-SHIELD 2040 is a silver-filled material that provides superior shielding performance of >75 dB and CHO-SHIELD 2044 uses a nickel filler to achieve >60 dB shielding effectiveness (both between 80 MHz and 10 GHz).CHO-SHIELD 2040 and 2044 are durable and provide high levels of abrasion resistance making them suitable for use in equipment that is likely to be operated in harsh environments.
