Electronic components distributor Digi-Key Corporation is now stocking SP1000 and SP3000 series silicon protection arrays from Littelfuse. The SP1000 and SP3000 series of devices protect electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge at or above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, 8kV). The SP1000 series offers discrete protection in 0201 and 0402 form factors and also includes multi-channel arrays that vary in capacitance from 3.5-30pF.Learn more from Digikey.
