The µFilter™ line of RF filters from NuWaves Ltd. are offered in both standard and custom frequency models offering a wide frequency range and housed in a small, rugged aluminum case that measures a compact 1.0 x 0.75 x 0.5 inch. These filters use SMA connectors to provide design versatility as modules can be changed easily as filtering needs change. The custom designed models come with multiple pole configurations and are offered in four basic filter configurations (bandpass, lowpass, highpass, and band reject). They are crafted to provide a typical 20 percent or greater bandwidth, but can be ordered with an additional 10 to 15 percent with a typical frequency range of 70 MHz to 1 GHz. Standard modules come in a frequency range up to 2.4 GHz and are comprised of both passive components and SAW based designs to offer the widest frequency range possible.
