Teseq Holding AG, a developer and provider of instrumentation and systems for EMC emission and immunity testing, has acquired UK-based MILMEGA, Ltd., a specialist in the design and manufacture of solid state, high-power microwave and RF amplifiers. The acquisition strengthens Teseq’s capabilities in commercial, industrial, automotive, military and communications applications.The MILMEGA brand and all aspects of the company’s product range, including its industry unique five year warranty, will be retained. The MILMEGA factory will become a competence center for RF amplifiers within the Teseq organization, which is currently comprised of eight subsidiaries and seven accredited labs worldwide.
