Rigol Technologies recently announced their new DSA832E 3.2 GHz spectrum analyzer, based on the small DSA800-series form factor.
The analyzer is ideal for design and development implementing Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other RF standards. The 7.5 GHz instrument enables engineers to investigate the 3rd harmonic of all of their critical 2.4 GHz applications while the 3.2 GHz models enable primary investigation of those signals as well as EMC measurements past the 3 GHz threshold.
Additionally, resolution bandwidth settings down to 10 Hz means more precise visualization of low power RF signals. The analyzer also includes a frequency range from 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz, a min. -148 dBm displayed average noise level (typ.), a min. -90 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset phase noise, level measurement uncertainty <1.0 dB, 10 Hz minimum resolution bandwidth, an 8 inch TFT LCD display, and complete connectivity: LAN (LXI), USB host & device, GPIB (opt.).
