The BKP0603 from TAIYO YUDEN U.S.A. is a 0.6 x 0.3 x 0.3-mm, multi-layer ferrite chip beads for reducing power circuit noise in cell phones and other portable battery-powered electronic equipment. This new series offers a 64 percent reduction of the device footprint as compared to the company’s earlier BKP1005 series. These devices utilize the latest advances in material science, innovative multi-layering, and new printing techniques. Housed in a compact EIA-0201 case, the BKP0603 offers the electrical performance of much larger components.
