UK amplifier maker MILMEGA’s distributor Schmidt Equipment Asia Ltd. has successfully installed China’s very first 6-GHz IEC 61000-4-3 capability at Beijing CQC Technical Services Ltd. MILMEGA’s amplifier expertise was key to achieving the necessary microwave power. The latest phase of work was an upgrade to the existing system utilizing a MILMEGA 2.0- to 6.0-GHz, 50-W amplifier designed to bring the benefits of Gallium Nitride transistor technology to the laboratory environment.See the original announcement on the MILMEGA website.
