The Series 2000 4.0- to 8.0-GHZ broadband amplifiers from MILMEGA utilizes the latest GaAs FET and MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) technologies. They feature an array of input/output and sample port options and cost-effective power or bandwidth upgrades. Other product features include gain variation with temperature ofP1 dB, harmonics of -20 dBc minimum, and spurious (max) of -70 dBc, and spurious (min) of -80 dBc.
