Low- Profile Clamp Filter for EMI Suppression

TDK-EPC has developed the ZCAT-D series of TDK clamp filters. The new low-profile filters are especially suited for EMI suppression by eliminating noise in the power lines of flat-screen TVs, in speaker lines, and similar applications. TDK clamp filters employ a vertically split cylindrical ferrite core, with the entire filter enclosed in a resin housing, a construction principle unique to TDK products.
