LIN Transceiver Supports Robust Nodes in LIN Bus Systems

NXP Semiconductors N.V. has introduced a LIN transceiver family with an integrated low-drop voltage regulator in a small 3×3 mm leadless package which offers strong electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic compatibility performance.
