IEC Issues New Interpretation Sheet on EMC Testing and Measurement Techniques

The International Electrotechnical Commission has issued IEC 61000-4-3 (Edition 3.0 – 2008) I-SH 01 entitled, “ Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) – Radiated, radio frequency, electromagnetic field immunity test.´ Interpretation sheet 1 was prepared by SC 77B: High frequency phenomena, of IEC Technical Committee: Electromagnetic Compatibility. This sheet contains step-by-step instructions to clarify any ambiguities in understanding test procedures.
