A new Swedish research grant will be given to Chalmers University of Technology, a sum of SEK 40 million, to research graphene. Thirty researchers from Chalmers and Uppsala and Linköping Universities will be collaborating in international graphene research to improve the material and make it easier to reproduce. They plan to “develop reliable synthesis methods” and then “the material will be investigated and processed at the nano level” to be better utilized for today’s electronics.
