The DSD0P2RF-02LS from Infineon Technologies is 0.62 mm x 0.32 mm with a height of 0.31 mm. It can be easily integrated into complete modules and front-end systems. Crafted to protect electronic consumer and communications device from electrostatic discharge, it can reliably absorb discharges up to 20 kV, a figure that significantly exceeds the industry stand IEC 61000-4-4 level 4 of 8 kV. High linearity up to 6 GHz is combined with parasitic capacitance of 0.2 pF. Low clamping voltages in a bi-directional configuration make the device a logical choice for sensitive RF antennas. The device offers optimum signal integrity and protection against ESD with no degrading effects. A response time of less than 0.5 ns shunts the electrostatic discharge away from the protected circuit and offers multi-strike ESD absorption capability. The DSD0P2RF-02LS is intended for applications with signals swinging above and below ground with a maximum working voltage of up to ±5.3 V.More product information can be found on the Infineon Technologies’ website.
