Using a portable testing device from Taobao.com, Cheng provides a free measurement of EMR levels within the homes of his neighbors in the Baiziwan Community in Beijing. Thus far he has been able to reassure residents that the levels fall within accepted limits. Read the story on the English online edition of the People’s Daily.
