Stork-Veco International, Inc., a manufacturer of two-dimensional, metal precision products, has introduced custom manufactured metallic EMI/RFI shielding components for integration into printed circuit boards and other electronic devices.
According to the company, the advantages of utilizing photo-etched EMI/RFI shielding components include low-cost tooling that can be easily modified and burr- and stress-free finish products that offer “good solderability and surface contact.”
Stork-Veco’s EMI/RFI shielding components are photochemically etched from a variety of base metals, including brass, copper, nickel and stainless steel, and are manufactured to customer specifications with a variety of special features.
