EMI Absorber Sheets from 3M Electrical Markets Division provide enhanced absorption of electromagnetic interference at frequencies below 1 GHz. The 3M™ EMI AB5000S reduce EMI noise and harmonic coupling in electric equipment, cables, or circuits, including any portion covered by a shielded can. They reduce the EMI susceptibility of sensitive components, including RFID or Hall effect devices, as well as conducted emissions from multi-conductor cables. They are particularly well suited to limiting EMI from internal sources around digital display devices, such as mobile handhelds, digital still cameras, notebook computers, camcorders, hard disc drives, automotive electronics, and cable harnesses. The AB5000S series products have a uniform distribution of ferro-magnetic filler in the polymer binder to provide consistent performance and an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with release liner. These EMI absorber sheets are easy to handle and die cut. They come in thicknesses of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, and 1.0 mm. For more product information, go to the 3Mwebsite.
