Rogers Corporation’s new RO4500™ Antenna Grade Laminates are fully compatible with conventional FR-4 and high temperature lead free solder processing. These laminates do not require special treatment needed on traditional PTFE-based laminates for plated through hole preparation. RO4533™ laminates have a dielectric constant of 3.3 @ 2.5 GHz. With low loss ranging from 0.0020 to 0.0032 at 2.5 GHz and PIM performance of -154 dBc or better, these materials are rigid and exhibit low bow and twist. RO4500 Series laminates are ideal for a wide range of printed-circuit antennas, including 3G and 4G wireless base stations and in broadband WiMAX systems.Learn more from Rogers Corporation.
