ANSI Slates C63® Pre-Symposium Workshops

The ANSI (the American National Standards Institute) Accredited Standards Committee C63® – EMC will present Workshops on C63.4 and C63.5 on August 14 and 15, 2009 just prior to the 2009 IEEE International Symposium on EMC. This year’s topics will include ANSI C63.4 (emission measurements) and ANSI C63.5 (antenna calibration). A new test validation technique using time domain concepts will be compared to the technique described in CISPR 16-1-4 (site VSWR). During these hands-on sessions, participants will perform antenna calibrations and time-domain measurements in the lab and at the OATS site provided by ETS-Lindgren.Would-be participants can register online.
