Vectawave Debuts Class A Power Amplifiers for EMC Applications

Vectawave Technology Ltd, manufacturer of class A power amplifiers for medical, military and industrial applications, introduces a new range of 1-2 GHz class A amplifiers for 2015. The VBA 200 series includes 1000MHz-2000MHz high power amplifiers designed for EMC applications.

The series is based on GaAs technology and offers efficiency, linearity and ruggedness. The amplifiers offer low distortion, fold-back protection, and are available in 100W, 200W and 375W. The amplifiers are well suited for very demanding antenna and test chamber requirements, according to the company.
