Vishay’s new ESD-protection array features low capacitance and leakage currents to protect USB-OTG ports against transient voltage signals. The VBUS053CZ-HAF provides three lines of USB ESD protection at a 5.5 V working range and one line of VBUS protection at a 28 V working range. The VBUS053CZ-HAF is packaged in the leadless LLP75-7L package, with a low profile of 0.6 mm to minimize the board space required for active ESD protection in high-speed data applications, such as USB 2.0 and HDMI in HDTVs and mobile electronics.
