EMC Bayswater Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of EMC Technologies Pty Ltd., has purchased the EMC testing assets from the Liquidator of RFI Industries Pty Ltd. The new EMC testing company will begin operations on Feb. 1 in the suburb of Bayswater in Melbourne, Australia. EMC Bayswater will operate as a standalone business under the same directors of EMC Technologies Pty Ltd and will be managed by Andrew Whiteford formerly of RFI Industries.
