Carlisle Companies Incorporated recently acquired Jerrik, Inc., which designs and manufactures military and aerospace filter connectors. With annual sales of approximately $20 million, Jerrik’s cproducts are used in environments where reduction of electromagnetic interference and transient voltage suppression are critical. Jerrik has earned key positions on commercial aerospace and military platforms with aerospace and defense contractors.
