In other news relating to the FCC and the Communications Act of 1934, the Spectrum Enforcement branch of that agency has issued a Notice of Forfeiture to Illinois-based Inter Tech, a manufacturer of broadcast equipment. Inter Tech faces a forfeiture of $22,000 for willful and repeated violations involving the marketing of FM broadcast transmitters and external RF power amplifiers without proper authorization.
