Computer Simulation Technology AG (CST) has announced that Simlab Software GmbH is now a wholly owned subsidiary of CST. All of Simlab’s outstanding shares have been acquired by CST as a follow-up to the successful partnership between the two companies announced in 2007. CST’s flagship product CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® (CST MWS) is a time-domain software package that enables fast and accurate analysis of high frequency devices such as antennas, filters, couplers, and planar and multilayer structures for EMC effects and signal integrity.
