The new LQH44P wire-wound inductor series from Murata Electronics North America has been crafted especially to increase DC-DC converter efficiency while conserving valuable board space with dimensions of only 4.0 mm x 4.0 mm x 1.65 mm. The device’s low DC inductance makes it well suited for use in the DC-DC converter circuits found in electrical appliances such as TVs, digital cameras, laptop computers, and other portable electronic equipment. In addition to compact size and low DC resistance (0.3 Ω through 0.37 Ω), the LQH44P series features seven parts with inductances between 1 µH and 22 µH and a rated current of up to 2.95 A. These inductors are magnetically shielded to prevent interference and operate in the temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees C.Find out more on the Murata website.
