The EMF-25ESD and the EMF-35ESD are dual-function devices that provide both EMI filtering and surge protection thus conserving valuable PCB real estate. A zinc oxide varistor is used to enhance the devices’ EDS function. The EMF-25ESD has a cut-off frequency of 300 MHz, capacitance values of 25 pF, attenuation of 30 dB minimum at 0.8 ~ 1.0 GHz and 20 dB minimum at 1.0 ~ 2.5 GHz. Rated voltage is 5 V. The EMF-35ESD has a cut-off frequency of 200 MHz, an electrostatic capacitance value of 35 pF, attenuation of 30 dB minimum at 0.8 ~ 1.0 GHz and 20 dB minimum at 1.0 ~ 2.5 GHz. Its rated voltage is 5 V as well. These devices are well suited to use in cellular phones and other portable, compact electronics. Find more detailed product information at the Intermark USAwebsite.
