Barbara L. Judge has opted to come out of retirement!! Barbara had been in the regulatory compliance industry for 25+ years when she retired in 2017.While she and her husband thoroughly enjoy traveling the US and Canadain their RV (dubbed “The Ark”) with 3 parakeets, 2 dogs and 1 cat, Barbara found that she missed the challenge of new technologies and the interaction with those in the regulatory compliance industry. When Gordon Hurst, CEO of MiCOM Labs contacted her, she accepted the challenge to get back in the game and is eager to explore new business challenges and opportunities.
With Barbara’s previous background as the founding Chair of the TCB Council where she served for nearly a decade, along with her 22 years of experience as VP of CCS (acquired by UL in 2009), she will be the Principal Innovation & Development Advisor for MiCOM Labs. As such she will work closely with her new team consisting of new hire Heiko Strehlow, former CETECOM VP of Radio Communications and EMC, joining the MiCOM ranks as the new Director of Engineering, Rob Barrett, former UL Program Manager, as the Director of Innovation and Development and Karl Neri, as our Client Manager.
Many changes are on the horizon, but the MiCOM Team will continue to be a client-oriented organization with complete focus on customer success. MiCOM’s mission is to work closely with clients to understand their unique product and market requirements and guide them through the complicated process of getting there on budget, on time.
