Tech-Etch, Inc. has announced new fingerstock BeCu shielding gaskets that are offered in more than 100 standard profiles.
“Downloadable interactive sales drawings modify the strips to exact customer requirements. Beryllium copper’s mechanical and electrical properties make it the ideal material for EMI/RFI shielding, with over 100db attenuation,” according to the company.
The gaskets offer a long life, in-house plating options, short lead times and spring properties for strength resistance. They also offer various mounting options including snap-on, stick on, clip-on, track, extrusion welding and soldering. A DiamondBack (dB) surface is also available for high frequency applications.
