Electromagnetic simulation software provider WIPL-D has announced new versions of its WIPL-D Pro CAD 2013 and WIPL-D Pro v11 software, and will be offering information on the new products at the 2013 IEEE International Symposium on EMC.
Designed for fast modeling and manipulation of electromagnetic applications, WIPL-D Pro CAD 2013 brings significant improvements in model manipulation, inspection, and even personalization,” the company said. “Users can now name objects with custom names and select those objects or their respective parts by the assigned names. All that is accompanied by smooth orbit and pan movements, now available also in selection modes.”
Three-dimensional electromagnetic solver WIPL-D Pro, enables the creation of complex three-dimensional models using wires, plates and predefined three-dimensional objects as building blocks. The Preview window gives a deep visual insight into the model, while access to all data-defining node coordinates, wires, plates and other entities gives the user control over every single detail of the mesh. WIPL-D Pro is ideal for use in a wide range of applications, including arbitrary shape three-dimensional antennas and antenna arrays, large or metallic and/or dielectric scatterers, antenna placement on large platforms, transmission lines and waveguides, microwave circuits, and EMC problems.
